Shipping policy

FDI ships same day on orders entered before 2:00pm Central time Monday-Friday. Any order pushed through after 2:00PM will be shipped out the next business day. 

FDI does not guarantee shipping delivery dates. These estimated arrival dates come from the carriers, not from FDI. 

All Shipping costs are set by the Carriers. If you see a higher shipping cost in the cart then expected, feel free to contact us at 218-454-8850 and we can check internally.

International orders- No duties, Tariffs, or additional taxes are collected at time of shipment. If applicable, they will need to be paid by the purchaser.  

Orders must have a physical address for shipping. NO PO BOXES.
